Raised in Kairuku, Rapa village central province, Port Moresby Ernst learnt to paint and do craft from his father at the young age of 16. Painting and doing craft often feeling like an enjoyable hobby for Ernst and he sees the beautiful value in art which he aspires to share with others by creating a business to sell paintings and crafted pieces of art.
